1. What is WEARxTSD?

WEARxTSD is the official clothing line by The Styling Duo, offering unique, art-inspired apparel. Our philosophy is simple: Wear Your Art.

2. Where are you located?

We are based in Pakistan and UAE. 

3. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to Pakistan and UAE only. We are working to expand our delivery network soon.

4. How long does delivery take?

  • Pakistan: 3–5 business days

  • UAE: 14 business days (subject to customs clearance)

You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

5. How much are the shipping charges?

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Occasionally, we may offer free delivery promotions.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

  • Pakistan: Debit/Credit Cards, PayFast, Bank Transfers, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • UAE: Debit/Credit Cards and Bank Transfers (COD not available).

7. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing wearxtsd@gmail.com. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

8. What is your return policy?

We do not offer cash or credit refunds. Returns are only accepted if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (order number + product images).

9. Can I exchange my order?

Yes, exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

10. Are sale or discounted items exchangeable?

No, items purchased on sale, discount, or promotion are not eligible for exchange or return.

11. Do you offer custom sizing or designs?

At the moment, all products are sold in standard sizes only. Custom sizing or designs are not available.

12. How do I know my size?

Each product page has a Size Guide to help you choose the right fit. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
