Exchange Policy
- For Online Purchases: You have 7 days from the delivery date of your order to request an exchange. Item(s) can only be exchanged if the same category and size are available. If the requested item is out of stock, store credit may be offered.
- For In-Store Purchases (where applicable): You have 7 days from the purchase date to request an exchange at the same store where the purchase was made.
- Exchanges are not applicable on sale, discounted, or promotional items.
- All items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact. Items showing signs of use will not be eligible for exchange.
- Exchanges must be made in the same country where the original purchase was made (Pakistan or UAE).
- Certain product categories may not be eligible for exchange due to hygiene or customization reasons. These include but are not limited to: intimates, accessories, and limited edition/custom prints.
- Cash or credit refunds are not applicable. Exchanges will only be processed against available products or store credit.
Online Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing us at wearxtsd@gmail.com. A full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible, and our Exchange Policy will apply.
- WEARxTSD reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:
- If the item(s) ordered are out of stock at the time of processing.
- In the event of pricing or listing errors.
- If payment is declined or not verified by the payment gateway or financial institution.
