At WEARxTSD, we are committed to providing you with a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please read our delivery and return guidelines carefully before placing your order.

 

Delivery Policy


Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


Delivery Timelines

  • Pakistan: 3–5 business days.
  • UAE: 14 business days (subject to customs clearance and courier schedules).
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen factors such as courier delays, weather, or customs inspections.

 

Shipping Charges

  • Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and displayed before order confirmation.
  • From time to time, WEARxTSD may offer free delivery promotions.

 

Order Tracking

  • You will receive a tracking number via email/SMS once your order has been dispatched.
  • If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours, please contact us at support@wearxtsd.com.

Delivery Conditions

  • Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your details are accurate.
  • If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery or contact you to reschedule.
  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier.

 

Return & Exchange Policy


Returns

  • WEARxTSD currently does not offer cash or credit refunds.
  • Returns are only applicable if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
  • In such cases, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing support@wearxtsd.com
     with your order number and product images.
  • Approved returns must be shipped back to us in unused, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

 

Exchanges

  • Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery for size or style changes, subject to stock availability.
  • Items must be returned in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached.
  • Exchanges are not applicable on sale, discounted, or promotional items.
  • Certain product categories (e.g., intimates, accessories, limited editions) may not be eligible for exchange due to hygiene or customization reasons.

 

Online Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them by emailing support@wearxtsd.com.
  • Once your order is processed or shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible.


International Deliveries

  • At present, WEARxTSD ships to Pakistan and UAE only. We are working to expand our shipping network to more countries soon.
